- 蒜頭Garlic 10瓣
- 雞湯Chicken soup 200毫升
- 鹽Salt 少許
- 麻油Sesame oil 2茶匙
- 紹興酒Shao xing wine 1湯匙

蒜頭去皮。 Peel garlic.

白菜仔浸鹽水30分鐘,再取出及瀝乾水分,然後撕開。 Soak Chinese white cabbage with salt water for 30 mins, then take out and drain water and rip Chinese white cabbage.
