上湯蒜子浸白菜仔食譜做法

  • 白菜仔Chinese white cabbage 300克
  • 蒜頭Garlic 10瓣
  • 雞湯Chicken soup 200毫升
  • 鹽Salt 少許
  • 麻油Sesame oil 2茶匙
  • 紹興酒Shao xing wine 1湯匙

    蒜頭去皮。 Peel garlic.

    白菜仔浸鹽水30分鐘,再取出及瀝乾水分,然後撕開。 Soak Chinese white cabbage with salt water for 30 mins, then take out and drain water and rip Chinese white cabbage.

    燒熱麻油,炒香蒜頭。 Heat the sesame oil, stir fry garlic.

    加入紹興酒、雞湯、少許水,煮至蒜頭滾起。 Put in Shao xing wine, chicken soup and a little water, then cook until boil.
