秋冬天氣乾燥,想煲一啲簡單方便又全家都啱嘅飲品?蘋果雪梨水就最好不過,清甜潤燥,大人細佬都啱飲,而且熱飲又得,雪凍飲都一樣得,即刻煲返一大煲齊齊飲啦!

食材 (3-4人) 1小時內

  • 蘋果 Apple 2個/pcs
  • 雪梨乾 Dried pear 150克/g
  • 南北杏 South and north apricot kernel 15克/g
  • 蜜棗 Candied dates4 4-5粒/pcs

    蘋果去蒂去芯,切大塊 Remove the core and seed of the apples. Then cutinto pieces.

    雪梨乾洗淨 Rinse dried pear.

    南北杏、蜜棗洗淨略浸 Rinse south and north apricot kernels and candied dates then soak for a while.

    煲滾約3公升水,下所有材料 Bring 3 liter water to a boil. Add all ingredients.

    滾起後轉小火煲45分鐘,可酌量加冰糖調味,完成 Turn to low heat after boiling. Boil for 45 minutes. Enjoy.
