- 雪梨乾 Dried pear 150克/g
- 南北杏 South and north apricot kernel 15克/g

蘋果去蒂去芯,切大塊 Remove the core and seed of the apples. Then cutinto pieces.

雪梨乾洗淨 Rinse dried pear.

南北杏、蜜棗洗淨略浸 Rinse south and north apricot kernels and candied dates then soak for a while.

煲滾約3公升水,下所有材料 Bring 3 liter water to a boil. Add all ingredients.
