- 羽衣甘藍Kale 200克200g
- 豬肉Pork Lean 100克100g
- 薑Ginger 30克30g
- 生抽Soy sauce 1 1/2茶匙1 1
- 糖Sugar 2茶匙2 teasp
- 蠔油Oyster sauce 1茶匙1 teasp
- 生粉Cornstarch 1茶匙1 teasp
- 油Oil 少許little
- 紹興酒Shao xing wine 1湯匙1 table
- 鹽Salt 少許little

豬肉切片,將生抽、1茶匙糖、蠔油加入豬肉,攪拌均勻,醃30分鐘,再加入生粉、油,攪拌均勻。 Slice pork lean. Put soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar and oyster sauce into pork lean, mix well and marinate 30 mins, then put in cornstarch and oil and mix well.

薑切絲;羽衣甘藍取葉。 Shred ginger and take kale leaf.

燒熱油,爆香薑,加入豬肉及炒香。 Heat the oil, stir fry ginger, then put in pork lean and stir fry.
