氣炸鍋蝦多士Airfryer Classic Shrimp Toasts

香港可能係有最多種多士嘅地方,蝦多士、西多士、厚多士,而佢地各有風情,全部都好好味。通常我地可以係茶樓、冰室都搵到蝦多士,依家係你屋企都可以搵到啦,只需要蝦膠同麵包,人人都可以整到!

- 急凍蝦Frozen shrimps 兩包 2 packs
- 白麵包Toast 四塊 4 slice
- 胡椒粉Pepper ½ 茶匙 ½ tsp
- 麻油Sesame oil 1 茶匙 1 tsp
- 雞粉Chicken powder 1 茶匙 1 tsp
- 蕃茜Parsley 適量 some
- 鹽Coarse salt 1 茶匙 1 tsp
- 生粉Corn starch 兩湯匙 2 tbsp
- 油Oil 1湯匙 1 tbsp

先將蝦肉解凍, 用粗鹽醃10 分鐘 Defrost shrimps, marinade with coarse salt for 10 minutes

方包切皮, 一開四,備用 Remove brown boarder of toasts, cut each toast into 4 parts, set aside

蝦肉沖洗乾淨, 用廚房紙完全印乾, 再用刀拍平蝦肉 Wash shrimps thoroughly, dry with kitchen paper, smash hard with knife

以胡椒粉, 麻油, 雞粉, 蕃茜, 鹽,生粉、油調味蝦肉,攪拌均勻 Marinate smashed shrimps with pepper, sesame, chicken powder, parsley, salt, corn starch, oil and mix well.

用匙羹將蝦蓉平均釀上麵包 Spread sticky shrimp mixture onto the toasts

在蝦多士表面噴上一層油, 200度氣炸9 分鐘,完成 spray oil onto toasts, air fry at 200°C for 9 minutes, done.
