- 田園沙律醬Salad dressing 適量 some
- 西芹Celery 適量 some
- 紅蘿蔔Carrots 適量 some
- 麵粉Flour 適量 some
醃料
- 泡打粉Baking powder 1.5茶匙1.5 t
- 蒜鹽Garlic salt 2茶匙 2 tsp.
- 黑胡椒Black pepper 1/2茶匙 ½ ts
- 黑胡椒Black pepper 1茶匙 1 tsp.
醬汁
- Tabasco 2湯匙 2 tbs
- 茄汁Ketchup 2湯匙 2 tbsp
- 牛油(融化)Butter 20克 20g
- 青檸汁Lime juice 1湯匙 1 tbsp
- 蜜糖Honey 1湯匙 1 tbsp

雞翼 即買 洗淨,跟醃料拌勻,醃至少一小時 Wash chicken wings, marinate for at least an hour

裹上面粉後,以200度10分鐘把雞翼 即買 炸至熟透,並轉成金黃色 Cover wings with flour. Air fry them at 200°C for 10 mins until golden yellow

將醬汁材料拌勻,放入雞翼 即買 拌勻 Mix all sauce ingredients, cover the wings with it
