1雞翼即買 加入生抽、胡椒粉、蒜蓉、生粉、砂糖麻油、紹興酒及蛋白拌勻醃20分鐘
Marinate chicken with salt, white pepper, garlic, corn starch , sugar,sesame, Shaoxing wine and egg white for 20 minutes
2將雞翼即買 沾上生粉,然後噴油
coat them with corn starch then spray some oil
3氣炸6分鐘200度
Air fry 6 minutes at 200°C
4反轉噴油再氣炸6分鐘200度
Flip and spray oil. Air fry 6 minutes at 200°C
5燒熱鍋,加入少許油及牛油煮溶
Heat a pan, melt some oil and butter
