芝士係一種誘人犯罪嘅食物,每次見到融化嘅芝士、拉絲嘅芝士,我都會忍唔住……食左佢!就算前一刻我仲係度話我要減肥。不過唔食邊有力減?食埋今次先算啦!邊個可以抗拒外脆內軟嘅香草芝士脆條?

- 水牛芝士mozzarella cheese 220g
- 麵包糠bread crumbs 1杯 1cup
- 雞蛋eggs 1隻
- 麵粉flour 1/3杯 1/3cu
- 黑胡椒碎black pepper 1/2茶匙1/2 t
- 鹽salt 1/4茶匙
- 香草碎Vanilla 適量
- 甜紅椒粉Sweet red pepper powder 1/2茶匙1/2 t

將芝士切條備用,䫣蛋打發成蛋液備用。(使用Mozzarella芝士便可有拉絲效果) Cut Mozzarella cheese into slices

鍋內下麵包糠與香草碎、甜紅椒粉、黑胡椒碎和鹽混合。 Fry bread mix well with Parsley, red pepper powder , pepper and salt.

加入甜紅椒粉混合 Mix with red pepper powder

把芝士條依次序沾上麵粉、雞蛋液、香草麵包糠,然後放入雪櫃冷凍半小時。 Roll the cheese strips over the flour, whisked eggs and the seasoned bread crumbs respectively then freeze it for half an hour.

把芝士條放入已預熱之焗爐,以200度焗8分鐘。 輕鬆完成啦! Preheat the oven, place in the cheese, air fry for 15 minutes at 200 degree. It's finished!
