  • 牛肋骨Beef short ribs 3個
  • 白蘿蔔Radish 1個
  • 大蔥白leeks 2棵
  • 蒜瓣garlics gloves 9粒
  • 洋蔥Onion 2個
  • 薑ginger 2片
  • 韓國粉絲Korean glasses noodles 適量

    牛肋骨冷水放入鍋中煲10分鐘 put beef short ribs into cold water and boil for 10minutes

    把白蘿蔔,蒜頭及洋蔥除去皮 remove skin of radish,garlics and onion skin

    把所有村料放入煲中,下水,水滾後中火煲1個小時,轉小火煲1小時 put all ingredients into pot, turn into medium fire and boil for 1hour, turn into small fire for another 1 hour

    韓國粉絲用水煮8分鐘 cook korean glasses noodle for 8 minute

    洋蔥、蒜瓣及蔥白拿走,加入韓國粉絲,落鹽及胡椒粉調味 get out the onion, leeks and garlics out of the pot, add the korean glasses noodles, add some salts and pepper
