- 番薯 sweet potatoes 300g
- 木薯粉tapioca flour 150g
- 幼糖 castor sugar 100g
- 浓椰浆coconut milk 300ml
- 盐salt 1/2小匙
- 沾料
- 新鲜白椰丝 grated coconut, white part only 1/2粒
- 盐salt 1/2小匙

将番薯去皮切成块状,用大火蒸25分钟至软 Wash & cut sweet potatoes n steam is till very soft

将热番薯倒入搅拌机中,加入木薯粉和幼糖,伴打至幼滑,慢慢倒入椰浆和盐,搅拌成光滑的浓面糊 Put hot sweet potatoes into cake mixer; add tapioca flour, castor sugar n beat till smooth. Add in coconut milk & salt, slowly, till it become thick batter like.

将面糊倒入小茶杯中,用大火蒸15分钟,待冷后再取出沾上椰丝就可以享用了。沾料:1/2粒新鲜白椰丝,1/2小匙盐(混匀蒸20分钟) Pour the batter into desire tray and steam with high heat for 20mins or till cooked. Leave to cool before cutting it & coat with while coconut & serve Coating = mix grated coconut with pinch
