呢款流心朱古力蛋糕真係好易整,完全無可能會失敗,而且一搣流心餡就會流出嚟,真係超吸引呀,係一個簡易版嘅心太軟。而且佢方便攜帶,整嚟帶返學、開Party甚至行山都好方便,或者送畀你心愛嘅人都得㗎!

- 糯米粉 Glutinous rice flour 600克/g
- 可可粉 Chocolate powder 40克/g
- 泡打粉 Baking powder 10克/g
- 雞蛋 Egg 4隻/pcs
- 粟米油 Corn oil 120克/g
- 燕麥奶 Oat milk 600克/g
- 朱古力塊 Chocolate 適量/As need

將糯米粉、可可粉及泡打粉拌勻 Mixing the glutinous rice flour, chocolate powder and baking powder.

雞蛋加入糖、粟米油及燕麥奶混合 Combine the eggs, sugar, corn oil, oat milk and mixing well.

分次倒入混合好的粉狀中 Add some egg mixture into the flour.

重複步驟至攪拌均勻 Repeat and mix until well combined.

倒入模具至3成滿 Pour 30% of the mixture into silicone mold.

加入小塊朱古力 Add a small piece of chocolate.

再倒入麵糊至8成滿 Pour remaining mixture on top.

預熱焗爐 170度焗30分鐘 Preheat oven to 170°C. Bake for 30 minutes.
