【滋補甜品】電飯煲燉雪梨 Double steam snow pear in rice cooker
秋天當然要食返啲滋補嘅燉品,但係又唔想睇火咁麻煩?屋企嘅電飯煲就幫到你!呢個甜品用埋雪梨做容易,裝住桃膠、桂圓同紅棗嚟燉,既滋補潤燥,有補血養膚,好適合女士們飲用㗎!
食材
- 雪梨 Snow pears 3個/pcs
- 桃膠 Peach gum 2湯匙/Tbsp
- 桂圓 Dried longan 6粒/pcs
- 紅棗 Red date 3粒/pc
- 冰糖 Rock sugar 2湯匙/tbsp
- 桂花Dried osmanthus flowers 適量/Some
- 水 Water 適量/As used

預早一晚浸發桃膠,挑去污物 Soak peach gum overnight, remove any impurities.

桂圓浸發,紅棗洗淨去核 Soak dried longan. Wash and remove the core of red dates.

雪梨去頂挖空 Cut off the top of the snow pears and remove the core.

將桃膠、桂圓、紅棗及冰糖放入雪梨內 Stuff the snow pears with peach gum, dried longan, red dates and rock sugar

加水至7分滿,將雪梨頂部放回,用牙簽固定 Fill the snow pears with water until 70% full, put the top back on and secure it with a toothpick.

Add water to the rice cooker, and place the large bowl inside. 電飯煲內鍋注入適量水,再將大碗放入內鍋之中

按電飯煲的煮飯鍵,蒸約40分鐘,用牙簽可輕易刺穿雪梨 Press the "Cook Rice" button on the rice cooker and steam for about 40 minutes, until the snow pears are soft enough to be pierced with a toothpick.

最後灑上桂花即成 Sprinkle dried osmanthus flowers on top and serve.
