- 雞翼 即買 Chicken wings 6隻/pcs
- 麵粉 Flour 適量/Some
- 雞蛋 Egg 1隻/pc

- 鹽 Salt 1茶匙/tsp
- 黑胡椒粉Black pepper powder 1茶匙/tsp
- 蒜蓉 Minced garlic 1湯匙/tbsp

雞翼 即買 洗淨,兩面劃兩刀,用廚房用紙吸乾水分 Wash the wings, cut 2 times at each side and pat dry

雞翼 即買 用鹽、黑胡椒粉和蒜蓉醃20分鐘 Marinate with salt, black pepper and garlic for 20 mins.

將薯片放入密實袋,用檊面杖碾碎 Put chips inside a compact bag, crush with a rolling pin and set aside.

雞蛋拂勻 Whisk egg.

雞翼 即買 沾上麵粉,再蘸滿蛋液,最後滾上薯片碎 Dip chicken in flour, then in egg liquid, and chips flakes at last.

放入氣炸鍋,以200°C氣炸6分鐘 Air fry at 200°C for 6 minutes.

翻轉雞翼 即買 ,再以200°C氣炸6分鐘即成 Flip the wings. Air fry at 200°C for 6 minutes more. Done.
