新年除咗傳統嘅意頭菜,都可以整唔同嘅菜式,最緊要係賣相靚,仲要一家大細都啱食。好似呢款蝦膠釀雞翼,除咗啖啖肉食得夠方便之外,佢嘅賣相仲十足一粒粒金元寶,夠晒好意頭!團年或開年一於試下整啦!

- 無骨雞翼 即買 Boneless chicken wing 8隻/pcs
- 蝦仁Shrimp 230克/g
- 豉油Soy sauce 2 湯匙/tbsp
- 糖 Sugar ½茶匙/tsp
- 鹽Salt ½茶匙/tsp
- 胡椒粉 Pepper powder ½ 茶匙/tsp
- 生粉 Corn starch 1湯匙/tbsp
- 蔥 Spring onion 1棵/Stalk
- 蜜糖 Honey 適量/Some

用豉油、糖、鹽、胡椒粉、生粉醃無骨雞翼 即買 Marinate boneless chicken wings with soy sauce, sugar, pepper and corn starch.

以刀背拍扁蝦仁,剁成蝦膠 Smash shrimps.

蔥洗淨切粒 Clean and dice spring onions.

蝦膠加入胡椒粉、鹽、蔥粒拌勻 Season minced shrimp with pepper powder, salt, spring onion and stir well.

釀入雞翼 即買 內 Stuff in chicken wings.

以180度氣炸7分鐘 Air fry at 180°C for 7 minutes.

打開氣炸鍋掃上一層蜜糖,再氣炸3分鐘 Brush on some honey, air fry for 3 minutes more.
