- 青蘿蔔green radish 1條 1pc
- 西施骨pork bone 1斤 600g
- 蜜棗honey date 5粒 5pcs
- 粟米Corn 1條1pc
- 南北杏sweet and bitter apricot 1湯匙1 tbsp
- 水water 2公升 2L
- 鹽Salt 適量

青紅蘿蔔去皮切件。粟米切件。 Peel the green radish and carrot and cut into pieces. Cut the corn into sections.

水滾,放入西施骨、青紅蘿蔔、粟米、蜜棗、南北杏,加蓋煲1小時。 Bring the water to boil. Add the pork bones, green radish, carrot, honey dates, sweet and bitter apricot, cover with lid and cook for 1 hour.

以鹽調味,即成。 Season with salt. Ready to serve.
