- 玫瑰露Mei Kuei Lu wine 1湯匙
- 糖Sugar 1茶匙
- 胡椒粉Pepper 1茶匙
- 低筋麵粉Low gluten flour 3湯匙
- 地瓜粉Sweet potato flour 3湯匙
- 胡椒鹽Pepper salt 少許

雞扒 即買 撲上低筋麵粉,再撲上地瓜粉,靜置10分鐘。 Put low gluten flour into chicken chop, then put in sweet potato flour and wait for 10 mins.
