- 忌廉芝士Cream cheese 125克/g
- 低筋麵粉Cake flour 50克/g
- 無鹽牛油Unsalted butter 30克/g
- 温室蛋 Egg in room temperature 4隻/pcs
- 牛奶Milk 100毫升/ml
- 糖粉Caster sugar 50克/g

隔開蛋白蛋黃 Separate egg white and egg yolk.

鍋中加入忌廉芝士、無鹽牛油及牛奶,以細火加熱至溶化,關火後,倒入1/3糖粉及蛋黃 Add cream cheese, unsalted butter and milk in a pot. Heat over low heat until dissolved. Add 1/3 caster sugar and egg yolk.

分兩次加入已過篩的麵粉攪拌均勻 Strain flour into the batter in two times and mix mell.

用打蛋器打發蛋白,分兩次加入糖粉攪勻,直至打蛋器提起個尾有彎釣即可 Beat egg whites with egg beater. Add remained caster sugar in two times. Beat until stiff peak appeared.

將蛋奶糊分三次加入蛋白霜中輕力攪均勻 Add egg batter into the egg white in 3 times. Mix gently.

電飯煲搽上一層菜油,將麵糊倒入 Coat the cook pot of the rice cook with a layer of vegetable oil. Pour batter inside.
