- 栗子 Chestnut 300克/g
- 砂糖 Sugar 30克/g
- 暖水 Warm water 30毫升/ml
- 菜油 Vegetable oil 30毫升/ml

將栗子放在反轉的塑膠瓶蓋上,切十字花 Place chestnut on an inverted plastic bottle cap. Cut a cross on top.

冷水下鍋,水滾後再煮20分鐘,撈起瀝乾 Put into a pot of cold water. Bring to a boil then cook for 20 minutes more. Drain dry.

將砂糖、暖水及菜油拌勻,淋在栗子上拌勻 Mix well sugar, warm water and vegetable oil. Pour over chestnuts.

整齊排好,放入氣炸鍋內,以180度氣炸20分鐘至呈開花狀 Airfry of 20 minutes at 180 °C.
