  • 黃鱲䱽Snubnose pompano 1條1pc
  • 豆豉Black bean 1湯匙1 table
  • 蒜頭Garlic 5瓣5 slices
  • 葱Spring onion 2棵2 pcs
  • 葱Spring onion 2棵2 pcs
  • 薑Ginger 30克30g
  • 鹽Salt 少許little
  • 糖Sugar 少許little
  • 油Oil 少許little
  • 生粉Cornstarch 1茶匙1 teasp
  • 蒸魚豉油Seasoned soy sauce 1湯匙1 teasp

    將1棵葱切段、將1棵葱切粒。 Cut one piece of spring onion into strips. Dice one piece of spring onion.

    薑切絲;豆豉切碎;蒜頭切碎。 Shred ginger. Mince black bean. Mince garlic.

    將豆豉、蒜頭、鹽、糖、油混合,加入生粉,攪拌均勻成醬料。 Mix black bean, garlic, salt, sugar and oil, put in cornstarch and mix as sauce.

    加入醬料。 Add the sauce.
