心型蛋捲 Heart-sharped egg roll
大家有食過心型蛋捲嗎?比起傳統蛋捲,呢款蛋捲外型好似一個愛心,特別可愛,難怪咁多人都鍾意買嚟送禮。除咗代購,大家都可以自己動手整,無論材料同做法都好簡單。送俾朋友嘅時候,對方一定會感受到你嘅愛啊!
食材
- 低筋麵粉 60g
- 無鹽牛油 50g
- 砂糖 50g
- 鹽 少許
- 雞蛋 2隻

雞蛋、砂糖、鹽攪拌均勻。加入牛油溶液,再次混合。加入已過篩的麵粉混合。 Stir the eggs, sugar and salt well. Add melted butter and mix again. Add the sifted low-gluten flour, mix thoroughly.

煎鑊小火加熱,把一湯匙麵糊倒入後,蓋上一層牛油紙,再用重物壓平麵糊,壓成手掌般大小,掀起牛油紙。 Place a frying pan over low heat, pour in two tablespoons of batter, cover with a baking sheet, and flatten it with a heavy object, press it to the size of your palm.

兩面煎至凝固後,取出蛋捲皮,趁熱摺成長條狀,再往內對摺成水滴狀。摺好後固定一下,讓它稍微冷卻定型。 Take out the egg roll wrapper, press it into a thin strip while it is hot, and then fold it in half into a droplet’s shape. Hold to let it cool and fix.

重複以上步驟,製作出多個水滴狀蛋捲,把兩個水滴狀蛋捲合拼就是一個心型蛋捲。 Repeat the above steps to make another droplet-shaped egg roll. Combine the two egg rolls to form a heart-shaped egg roll.

把心型蛋捲放入氣炸鍋,用120度氣炸7分鐘,放涼後即可享用。 After rolling up all the egg rolls, put them in the air fryer, air fry at 120 degrees for 7 minutes, let cool and enjoy.
