【減肥食譜】椰菜花飯漢堡Cauliflower rice burger
這道椰菜花飯漢堡,既可以作主食,又可以配菜,而且都是生酮食物及不含麩質,適合減肥瘦身、低碳飲食、生酮飲食或麩質敏感的人士食用。
椰菜花飯好處:
1. 飽肚:一碗椰菜花飯含2.1克膳食纖維,較白飯多3.5倍,能增加飽足感
2. 預防便秘:膳食纖維還能促進腸臟蠕動,預防便秘及大腸癌
3. 低熱量:一碗白飯含200卡路里,椰菜花飯則只有27卡路里
4. 營養豐富:椰菜花含有豐富的鉀、維他命C、蘿蔔硫素和維他命K。蘿蔔硫素含抗氧化物能延緩老化,維他命K則可強健骨骼
食材
- 椰菜花飯 Cauliflower rice 500克/g
- 橄欖油 Olive oil 1湯匙/tbsp
- 亞麻籽粉 flaxseed meal 3湯匙/tbsp
- 紫洋葱 Red onion ¼個/pc
- 蒜鹽 Garlic salt 1茶匙/tsp
- 雞蛋 Egg 1隻/pc

紫洋葱切粒 Dice red onion.

燒熱橄欖油,中細火炒熟椰菜花飯後放涼 Heat olive oil over medium heat and stir-fry cauliflower rice until cooked and let cool.

將椰菜花飯放入煲湯袋內,用力搾乾水份 Place cauliflower rice into a soup bag and squeeze out the excess water.

將所其他材料拌勻 Mix all other ingredients together.

加入搾乾的的椰菜花飯 Add the squeezed cauliflower rice to the mixture.

將所有材料拌勻至黏合成麵團,如果未能成團可加一隻蛋白 Mix all ingredients until a dough forms. If it doesn't come together, add one egg white.

將適量麵團壓成餅狀 Press into a cake shape.

慢火煎至兩面金黃即成 Pan fry over low heat until both sides are golden brown.
