一搣開呢款流心朱古力蛋糕,半熔化嘅朱古力就會流出來,賣相真係超吸引呀,加上佢方便攜帶,整嚟拎返學或返去開Party都好方便,或者送畀你心愛嘅人都得㗎!

食材 (3-4人) 1小時內

食材

  • 糯米粉 Glutinous rice flour 600克/g
  • 可可粉 Chocolate powder 40克/g
  • 泡打粉 Baking powder 10克/g
  • 雞蛋 Egg 4隻/pcs
  • 粟米油 Corn oil 120克/g
  • 燕麥奶 Oat milk 600克/g

    將糯米粉、可可粉及泡打粉拌勻
 Mixing the glutinous rice flour, chocolate powder and baking powder.

    雞蛋加入糖、粟米油及燕麥奶混合 
Combine the eggs, sugar, corn oil, oat milk and mixing well.

    分次倒入混合好的粉狀中 
Add the egg mixture into the flour.

    重複步驟至攪拌均勻
 Repeat and mix until well combined.

    倒入模具至3成滿
 Pour the mixture into silicone mold until 30% full.

    加入小塊朱古力
 Add a small piece of chocolate.

    倒入麵糊至8成滿 
Pour remaining mixture until 80% full.

  • 8

    預熱焗爐 170度焗30分鐘 
Preheat oven to 170°C. Bake for 30 minutes.
