- 青辣椒Long green chili pepper 5隻5 pcs
- 蒜Garlic 3粒3 cloves
- 老抽Dark soy sauce 2湯匙2 tbsps
- 生抽Light soy sauce 1茶匙1 tsp
- 水Water 半碗½ bowl
- 薑Ginger 1個1 pc
- 糖Sugar 1茶匙1 tsp
- 葱Spring onion 少許a little
- 乾葱頭Shallots 1粒1 clove

切去辣椒莖部,打長切半,去籽。 Discard the stem tip of the chili pepper, cut it into half lengthwise and remove the seeds.

拍扁蒜頭、乾葱頭。 Press the garlic and shallots.
