- 京葱Leek 1棵1 Stalk
- 牛肉Beef 200 克200g
- 紅尖椒Hot Pepper 2條2pcs
- 蒜茸Minced Garlic 1茶匙1 tsp
醃料
- 鹽Salt 少許Little
- 糖Sugar 少許Little
- 生粉Corn Starch 1茶匙1tsp
- 生抽Light Soy Sauce 1茶匙1tsp
調味料
- 蠔油Oyster Sauce 1湯匙1tbsp
- 生粉水Corn Starch Wate 2湯匙2tbsp

牛肉切片,用醃料醃好。 Slice beef, then marinate it with marinades and wait for 10 mins.

京葱切片。紅尖椒切件。 Slice leek. Cut hot pepper into pieces.

爆香蒜茸,牛肉炒至半熟,灒入酒。 Sauté minced garlic until fragrant and stir-fry beef till medium. Add in wine.

加京葱、紅尖椒、蠔油、生粉水及糖炒約1分鐘完成。 Add in leek, hot pepper, oyster oil, corn starch water and sugar, stir-fry for about 1 minute.
