- 急凍魚片Frozen fish fillet 1塊1pc
- 沙嗲醬Satay sauce 2湯匙2 table
- 花生醬Peanut butter 1湯匙1 table
- 蜜糖Honey 1湯匙1 table
- 魚露Fish sauce 1茶匙1 teasp
- 鹽 Salt 1茶匙1 teasp
- 胡椒粉Pepper 1茶匙1 teasp
- 生粉Cornstarch 少許little

魚片切件,印乾水分,將鹽、胡椒粉加入魚片,醃10分鐘,撲上生粉。Cut fish fillet into pieces, wipe with kitchen paper, put salt and pepper into fish fillet, marinate 10 mins, then put in cornstarch.

燒熱油,以小火將魚片煎熟,取出。Heat the oil, pan fry fish fillet with low heat until well done and take out.

燒熱油,加入沙嗲醬、花生醬、蜜糖、魚露,煮3分鐘,將醬汁淋入魚片上。Heat the oil, put in satay sauce, peanut butter, honey, fish sauce, cook 3 mins. Pour the sauce into fish fillet.
