瑤柱、南北杏浸水;合掌瓜去皮,切件。 Soak dried scallops and apricot kernel. Peel chayote melon and cut into pieces.

紅蘿蔔去皮,滾刀切件;鮮淮山去皮,切段。 Peel carrot and cut into pieces. Peel fresh common yam and cut into sections.

豬骨汆水,洗淨。 Blanch pork bone and wash.
