- 蝦仁Shrimp 200克 200g
- 蔥花Chopped green onions 20克 20g
- 薑末Ginger mash 10克 10g
- 春捲皮Spring roll skins 2張2 pcs
- 泰式甜辣醬Thai sweet chili sauce 適量some
調味料
- 鹽Salt 1/6茶匙 1/6
- 糖Sugar 1/4茶匙 1/4
- 白胡椒粉White pepper 1/6茶匙1/6 t
- 木薯澱粉Tapioca flour 1湯匙1 tbsp.
- 麻油Sesame oil 1茶匙1 tsp.

蝦仁洗淨後去腸,用刀剁碎備用。Wash the shrimp, devein them. Mince shrimp into paste.

蝦泥加入所有調味料、蔥花和薑末,拌勻成蝦漿備用。Add all the seasonings, chopped green onions and ginger mash into the shrimp paste. Mix well and set it aside.
