食材
- 低筋麵粉 150g
- 糖 30g
- 菜油 30g
- 牛奶 200g
- 蛋 3隻

預備蛋黃糊 Prepare batter

將3隻蛋,蛋黃蛋白分開 3 eggs , separate eggs 將蛋黃打散 Stir well

加入200g 牛奶 Add 200g milk 加入30g菜油 Add 30g vegetable oil 攪拌至混合 Mix well

然後加入150g低筋麵粉 Add 150g cake flour 攪拌至沒有顆粒 Mix well until smooth and set this aside

預備蛋白霜 Then prepare meringue 分3次加入30g糖 Add 30g sugar in 3 times 將蛋白打至濕性 High speed until it changes to soft peak 將一半蛋白霜加入蛋黃糊中 Add half of the meringue to batter 輕手攪拌至混合 Mix it 將混合物倒入蛋白霜中 Add the mixture to another half meringue 輕手攪

將油抹上預熱的不黏鑊 Heat pan on low heat and lightly grease it with oil 用小火煎大約1分-2分鐘 Heat for 1 - 2 minutes 煎至金黃色 Until golden brown 再煎另一面大約 1 分鐘 Then flip the pancake And cook for another minute
