淮山甘筍排骨湯食譜做法介紹

  • 甘筍Carrot 半條½ pc
  • 排骨Spareribs 200g 200克200g
  • 薑Ginger 2片2 slices

    水滾,排骨汆水,收中火至泡沫浮起,撈起。 Boil water, cook spare ribs for a while. Cook in mid-heat until the dirt out. Pick spareribs out from the pot.

    甘筍及淮山削皮,用滾刀分別切小塊。 Peel the carrot and Chinese yam, cut them in hob blocks.

    煲滾1,200毫升水,加入薑片、排骨、淮山和甘筍。蓋上,水滾後收中細火,煲40分鐘。 Boil 1,200 ml of water, then put in ginger, spareribs, Chinese yam and carrot. Cover the lid, turn to mid-low heat and cook for 40 minutes.
