- 排骨Spareribs 400g
- 鹹蛋Salted egg 1隻
- 葱Green onion 2條
- 薑Ginger 2片

排骨汆水。切薑絲和葱花,冬瓜去籽,連皮切片。 Blanch spareribs and drain it. Cut ginger in strips. Shred green onion. Take out seeds of winter melon and slice it.

煲滾1.2公升水,加薑、排骨和冬瓜,蓋上收中細火煲50分鐘。 Boil 1.2L of water, put in ginger, spareribs and winter melon. Cover the lid and cook in mid-low for 50 minutes.
