【家常食譜】脆皮雞下髀 Airfryer Crispy Chicken Drumstrick
雞下髀即係雞鎚,啖啖肉又有雞味,食落開心又滿足,一向都好受小朋友同大朋友歡迎。今次仲預備咗個皮水,一出爐就香噴噴,個皮又卜卜脆,真係想食完一隻又一隻!

1將沙薑粉,鹽,胡椒粉, 蔥,紅蔥頭醃雞錘 Marinate drumsticks with sand ginger powder, salt, pepper, spring onion and shallots.

2用保鮮紙封好過夜 Wrap drumsticks with plastic wrap, let marinate overnight.

3勻白醋,紅醋,麥芽糖及紹興酒,待用 Stir and boil white vinegar, red vinegar, maltose and Shaoxing wine.

4熱水輕煮雞錘 Boil the drumsticks for short while.

5將雞錘浸醋 Soak drumsticks in vinegar mixture.

6風乾至少都要兩個鐘 Take at least two hours to air dry.

7氣炸170度15分鐘 Air fry for 15 minutes at 170°C.

8反轉雞錘 Flip over.

9放入氣炸鍋以200度氣炸2分鐘 air fry for 2 minutes at 200 °C.
